More than six industrial companies at this site benefit from cheaper solar power from enshift AG’s energy contracting. A 1300 kWp system is intended to promote the autonomy of the industrial companies and also supply neighbors if required. An electricity price reduction of up to 40% has been achieved for the participants in this industrial ZEV.
The Bischofszell project showcases enshift’s end-to-end expertise in modernizing and optimizing energy infrastructure across 11,000 m². Despite diverse roof types, outdated distribution systems, and high technical complexity, the project was delivered successfully through deep domain knowledge, strict cost control, and smart IoT-enabled infrastructure, ensuring a sustainable, efficient, and economically viable energy solution.
enshift AG’s 1300 kWp solar plant supplies more than six industrial companies at the site. It reduces CO₂ emissions and gives the companies control over their energy consumption. At the same time, it sends a visible signal for a sustainable future.
Thanks to advanced IoT metering systems, tenants can use locally produced electricity efficiently and maximize self-consumption. The industrial ZEV balances peak loads, increases supply security, and makes energy costs predictable. Companies benefit from stable energy expenses, while property owners retain full cost control and ensure long-term profitability.
