At Rte du Jura 37 in Fribourg, enshift is implementing a photovoltaic system for a commercial property. The installation is designed to optimise on-site solar production while integrating seamlessly into the existing building infrastructure. The project strengthens the property’s ESG positioning and contributes to long-term operational efficiency.
The installation reduces grid dependency, improves the building’s carbon profile, and enhances the long-term asset value within the Helvetica portfolio. With more than 61 MWh of renewable electricity generated annually, the property transitions toward a more resilient and decentralised energy model. The system design allows for future integration of a ZEV structure to further increase on-site self-consumption and tenant participation.
The photovoltaic system has a total capacity of 51 kWp.
