At Surbtalstrasse 13/15 in Döttingen, enshift is implementing a photovoltaic system combined with a vZEV (virtual self-consumption association) for a multi-family residential building. The project forms part of the portfolio’s sustainable development strategy and enables tenants to benefit directly from locally generated solar power while enhancing the long-term energy performance of the property.
By combining photovoltaic production with a vZEV model, the property transitions from a passive energy consumer to an active energy participant. This approach reduces operating costs for tenants, strengthens the building’s ESG positioning, enhances its long-term property value and lowers its overall carbon footprint. Through the implementation of a vZEV structure, tenants participate directly in locally generated solar electricity.
