Faced with rising energy consumption, Kwadrant Immobilien recognized the need for a more environmentally friendly approach to energy production and decided to install a photovoltaic system.

The installation of the solar panels is an important milestone in Kwadrant Immobilien’s journey towards sustainability as the company endeavors to reduce its environmental footprint and dependence on fossil fuels. The main goal of the project is to utilize as much of the solar power generated as possible for operational purposes, resulting in a remarkable reduction of electricity costs for its tenants like Sunrise, Kamin, Vegan Shop, and a CBD hall.

The impact of Kwadrant Immobilien’s solar initiative goes far beyond its immediate business operations: an estimated 3,943 kg of CO₂ emissions will be eliminated from the company’s carbon footprint each year over the next quarter of a century.
