With the current project in Zuzwil, on the property of the Helvetica Property Group, this partnership is continued and a modern 118 kWp photovoltaic system ensures a sustainable and economical energy supply. Through an innovative energy contracting model, both tenants and owners equally benefit from optimized electricity usage.

Project details.

The transition to renewable energy is a key step toward sustainable property management and financial optimization. enshift AG, as an energy contracting partner, takes over all steps – from planning and financing to the operation of the system.

 

With an optimized self-consumption rate of 27.7% and the ability to efficiently feed surplus energy into the grid, an economically attractive model is created that offers long-term benefits for both tenants and the owner.

 

The integration of roof renovation into the project also minimized investment costs for the owner, while the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) ensures predictable and stable income.

 

This solution enhances the property both energetically and financially – a decisive contribution to the ESG-compliant optimization of commercial properties.
